Alluvion Las Olas is a luxury apartment and penthouse living property on the New river in Fort Lauderdale. The complex offers world-class amenities, raising the standard of carefree living. Alluvion Las Olas engaged McCoy Design to create signage throughout the property, from apartments to the parking garage.

Challenge

This building’s signage had to feel like an intentional part of the interior design: unique, upscale, and modern.

Solution

We drew inspiration and design cues from the building’s interior spaces, creating a custom acrylic pattern that coordinates with the texture on select accent walls in the lobby and references the building’s brand. The white textured pattern allows the signage to feel intentional and upscale without adding color or unnecessary contrast to the design’s clean, sleek lines.
